By using LearnExpress ERP, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or accessing LearnExpress ERP, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

LearnExpress ERP offers subscription-based cloud services, including but not limited to:

• Student Information Management
• Academic Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Attendance & Fee Management
• Digital Assessments & Timetable Scheduling
• Collaboration & Communication Tools

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• Not attempt to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer LearnExpress ERP.

4. Subscription & Payments

LearnExpress ERP operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms are defined in your service agreement or subscription plan. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your data is securely stored on our cloud servers. LearnExpress ERP complies with global data protection standards and will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, LearnExpress ERP is not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party service failures, or scheduled maintenance.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content within LearnExpress ERP remain the intellectual property of LearnExpress ERP and its licensors. You may not duplicate or distribute without prior consent.

8. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms. Users may cancel their subscription with prior notice, subject to applicable policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

LearnExpress ERP is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
